Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for a motivated part time Customer Service Officers to join a busy and essential help desk team based in Busselton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who priorities the customer experience and is eager to learn the ropes of a specialised industry. While call centre experience is a bonus, your attitude, communication skills, and drive are what matter most to us.

The Role

  • Pay Rate: $45 - $48 per hour + super.

  • Location: Busselton

  • Duration: ASAP - end of December

  • Hours: Thursdays and Fridays


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service & Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate guidance and timely dispute/query resolution.
  • Banking & Financial Processing: Oversee daily banking duties, including transaction reconciliations, cash handling, invoice logging, and maintaining secure financial records.
  • Licensing & Compliance Administration: Review, process, and track statutory licensing applications, renewals, and supporting documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mail & Office Logistics: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, digital correspondence, and record distribution to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
